New Brunswick: Livingston Professional Campus
New facility to open to students in the 2013-2014 academic year on the Livingston Campus
The new Rutgers Business School building and Hotel and Conference Center planned for the Livingston Campus will launch the university's long-term initiative to develop the campus into a center for business and professional studies.
The facility will enhance business and professional education and expand the Livingston campus creating a cluster of professional schools and disciplines. This expansion “has breathtaking potential for addressing state needs and generating economic and social progress,” said University President Richard McCormick. Additional plans for the campus include a hotel and conference center; a reliable transportation network; and a sustainable, pedestrian-friendly community that will complement its new business and professional focus.
