Add your event to our calendar
Events on the calendar will appear in the weekly "What's Happening at RBS" newsletter sent to all students, faculty, and staff.
Each area of the site uses a filter to display relevant events to that specific area.
The main calendar can be viewed at business.rutgers.edu/events.
- Only events submitted by those affiliated with Rutgers will be posted to our calendar.
- Please plan in advance. Events need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. Due to the volume of work our Webmaster is responsible for, it may take between 3 and 5 days to post an event after it has been submitted.
- An event posted to our calendar is not a substitute for getting the word out about your event. While the website is helpful, you will still need strong word-of-mouth and to advertise your event in order to build awareness.
