Have customer expectations and “last-mile technology” redefined the supply chain value proposition?

Recently, our Rutgers Business School Executive Education team spoke with Ron Guido on how customer expectations and “last-mile technologies” are redefining the supply chain. Ron is a recently retired executive who served as Vice President, Global Brand Protection and Supply Chain Integrity for Johnson & Johnson. He is also a valued member of our Rutgers Business School Executive Education faculty team and leads many sessions in our portfolio of programs, including our upcoming Mini-MBATM: Supply Chain in a Digitized Network program, our Mini-MBA™: Business Essentials program and our Mini-MBA™: BioPharma Innovation program. Our discussion focused on why rapid delivery methods and how “last-mile technology” is, and will continue to drive major shifts throughout the supply chain.
