How can we develop resilient Supply Chain leaders?

All companies face a myriad of risk in today’s global business and economic climate – from natural disasters to man-made disruptions to cyber risk. When risk is inevitable, a company’s response becomes critical.  Recently, our Rutgers Business School Executive Education team spoke with Dr. Arash Azadegan, an Associate Professor and Director of the Supply Chain Disruption Research Laboratory at Rutgers Business School. Dr. Azadegan has over a decade of industry experience with Fortune 100 companies such as Quaker Oats, Ralston Purina and Ford Motor. In addition, he leads several sessions in our Mini-MBATM: Supply Chain in a Digitized Network program. In this brief interview we discuss why developing leadership skills and competencies to handle a wide range of supply chain disruptions is a critical component in our executive education programs.
