Hanuman Jampani Manager, Johnson & Johnson’s Technology Group |
I knew that the Rutgers EMBA curriculum would help me better understand and speak the language of business. Yet the diversity of industries, backgrounds, opinions, and personalities that comprised my EMBA class—and what that dynamic brought to the experience—was perhaps the most rewarding part of the program.
The quality and dedication with which the faculty taught, and the knowledge I gained from each course were augmented by interesting, lively conversations among my peers. So much of this interaction and trading of ideas contributed to my learning. It also resulted in what will be lifelong professional and personal relationships with a great group of individuals.
In my position at Johnson & Johnson, I am responsible for identifying emerging technologies and applying them to new consumer products. My achievements include heading the development and global launch of the PREVACARE Caregiver Skin Care line. I am recognized within my industry as a leader in the technical sector. Going into the program, I knew that adding executive-level business skills to my proficiency would benefit both my company and me.
Today, I am a more refined, sophisticated professional. The EMBA program truly transformed me into a business leader and, as such, I see things differently than I did before. The program taught me to know my strengths and use them fully to excel in my career. The benefits of the experience, on both a personal and professional level, have been outstanding.
