Matthew O. Tanzer, Vice President and Compliance Chief Counsel
Tanzer has directed Tyco's global compliance programs since 2006, during which time the company has dramatically improved its reputation for ethical business practices. He and his team work closely with Tyco's senior management and Board of Directors to promote a culture of ethics and integrity globally, as well as provide legal advice, counseling, education and business support to Tyco's varied businesses.
John S. Jenkins, Jr., Corporate Secretary and International General Counsel
Jenkins has been with Tyco since early 2003, just after its reputational crisis began. He joined the company after representing the conglomerate as outside counsel while working as a commercial litigator at McGuire Woods. He has witnessed a dramatic transformation at Tyco, following a series of bold changes designed to restore the company's reputation as a highly respected corporate entity.
Dennis Lynch, Vice President, Chief Litigation Counsel
Lynch is responsible for managing all of Tyco's litigation worldwide. In 2004, he joined Tyco as chief litigation counsel for its Fire and Security segment. Previously, Mr. Lynch was assistant general counsel at Unisys Corporation and in private practice with a leading Philadelphia law firm.
