As a part of the Powerhouse Series, the Rutgers EMBA is proud to host a conversation around Women in Leadership with a focus on "Leading and Building your Team"
There have never been more women in positions of leadership than we have today. Women are outpacing men in post-secondary education and graduating at higher rates; more women are running for public office than ever before. Despite these strides, women are also paid less than men for the same work. We want to host a forum to touch on all of these issues and more, particularly discuss success stories and challenges to build and lead successful teams.
