Dr. Jack Aiello is a professor of Psychology at Rutgers University with over 35 years of experience consulting with organizations.

He has established a design culture at Nasdaq by empowering the designer as strategist and maker and is as comfortable presenting product strategy to the C-Suite as he is at leading a usability test or coaching junior designers on his team.

Arash Azadegan
Dr. Azadegan focuses on research related to supply chain disruptions, response and recovery from disruptions and inter-organizational creativity and innovation. Dr. Azadegan manages the Supply Chain Disruption Research Laboratory (SCDrl) at the Center for Supply Chain Management.

Courtney Billington
Courtney Billington is Vice President of Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) within the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) family of companies. He is in his 25th year with J&J, having spent the last 15 years within Pharmaceuticals (Janssen) and 10 years previously in Medical Devices.
