Vivian Fang
Vivian Fang joined Rutgers Business School in 2009. She holds a PhD and a Master's degree from Tulane University and a BA in business administration from Tsinghua University in China. Vivian’s research interests lie in the intersection of corporate finance and financial accounting, with a focus on the effect of stock liquidity on firm value, executive compensation, and firms’ incentives for voluntary disclosure. Her work has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics. Her teaching interests include advanced accounting, financial statement analysis, and equity valuation. Vivian is a member of the American Accounting Association and the Western Finance Association, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified General Accountant (CGA, Canada).
