Bio: 

Professor Gillett is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and of the Institute of Management, and a Member of the British Computer Society and the Institute of Data Processing Management. Dr. Gillett serves on the editorial board of Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory. His areas of interest and expertise are auditing methodologies, systems for uncertain reasoning, expert systems, and information technology. His published works deal with expert systems, analytical procedures, audit automation, audit risk, and audit evidence. Professor Gillett was formerly in public practice as an accountant for 17 years.
