Lisa Kaplowitz has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker and CFO, and has established a record of growing businesses and increasing profitability through creating focused strategies, reducing costs and streamlining operations.  She guides founders through the initial company creation phase, including establishment of a value proposition, business model, and focused strategy, as well as implementation of infrastructure, timelines and capital raising processes.  She helps early stage venture capital and private-equity backed companies create the necessary infrastructure, processes and controls to grow profitably and efficiently without getting buried in red tape or bureaucracy.  She advises later stage and mature companies with strategic planning, including execution, implementation, alignment and prioritization of initiatives, and measurement of overall effectiveness.  Lisa also advises executive management in all functional areas, including operations, finance, legal and supply chain management.
