Michael Schneider

Michael Schneider has over 25 years experience as a consultant, trainer, and coach.  His areas of expertise is human resources, professional development, team effectiveness, process improvement, and organizational change.  He was an Associate Director at Merck (Schering Plough), Thompson-Reuters, Alcatel-Lucent (Lucent Technologies) bringing high impact solutions to his diverse clients.  

Michael has been on faculty at Rutgers University, School of Business as a Lecturer for 8 years.  He teaches MBA and undergraduate level courses in Organizational Behavior; Human Resources; Principles of Management, other.

Michael’s credentials include an MS in Behavioral Sciences (Columbia University) and an MBA in Management (Adelphi University).  He is Myers-Briggs qualified and uses multiple Team Assessment tools; Marshall Goldsmith Coaching, and is a certified ISO 9000 auditor.
