Professor Lei (Karen) Wang's expertise lies in developing analytical tools to understand consumer/firm behavior and improve business decision making in retailing, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Specifically, her current research interests include measuring social influence and identifying opinion leaders, optimizing search engine advertising, and coordinating marketing and supply chain decisions. Professor Wang teaches Marketing Research to Executive and regular MBA students, where she equips students with important qualitative and quantitative tools to succeed in today's business world.
