The Executive Leadership: An Ethical Journey To Success Certificate Program features focused learning experiences and case studies on ethical challenges and opportunities for business, nonprofit and government professionals. This two-day program includes studying the relationship of compliance to ethics and how an understanding of ethical decisions can avoid costly outcomes from an employee lawsuit to federal corruption charges.

This program provides leaders and managers with the education, training, and critical-thinking tools needed to make ethical decisions for real-world challenges and to set the tone for your team and organization in order to avoid damaging your organization's reputation.
