Executive Leadership: An Ethical Journey to Success Certificate Program
Leadership is a privilege and a responsibility that demands much from those who practice it. How do you live up to this responsibility and ensure that your decisions and actions are ethical? How do you avoid the ethical demise of your company? How can you avoid the costly damage done by poorly considered decisions?
“It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.” - Warren Buffett, Chairman & CEO of Berkshire Hathaway

The Executive Leadership: An Ethical Journey To Success Certificate Program features focused learning experiences and case studies on ethical challenges and opportunities for business, nonprofit and government professionals. This two-day program includes studying the relationship of compliance to ethics and how an understanding of ethical decisions can avoid costly outcomes from an employee lawsuit to federal corruption charges.
These days, your company can’t avoid ethical dilemmas and as a leader you need to be prepared. This program provides leaders and managers with the education, training, and critical-thinking tools needed to make ethical decisions for real-world challenges and to set the tone for your team and organization in order to avoid damaging your organization's reputation. You will hear from experienced, ethical leaders about the challenges and opportunities they have faced, how they handled them, how you can be prepared to face an ethical dilemma and how to create an ethical culture. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate in Executive Leadership.
Attending this Executive Leadership Certificate Program will give leaders and your company a competitive advantage. This program will benefit participants and their organizations as they focus on ethical leadership. You have the technical skills, now you need the critical thinking skills. And the program is based on the real world. You will directly relate to the content and material, applying your learning immediately to your work.
In addition, all participants are supplied with course materials, decision making and evaluation tools, and a resource guide. It is designed to empower, challenge and provide additional tools to leaders to review their typical responses to ethical challenges, identify different options, and create and execute an ethical culture. Leadership development is most effective when specifically focused on training ethical leaders throughout the organization. To this end, ethical breaches may be avoided and reputations sustained.
“Fraud and falsification are highly destructive to market capitalism and, more broadly, to the underpinnings of our society…Our market system depends critically on trust. Trust in the word of our colleagues and trust in the word of those with whom we do business.” - Alan Greenspan Former Federal Reserve Chairman
