Mission

We partner with Flex MBA students to help them take effective ownership of their career management process so that they become competitive MBA candidates for full-time opportunities. We strive to buld build long-term, structured relationships with employers and RBS alumni to facilitate connections with MBA students.

Focus

Throughout the year, the MBA Office of Career Management (OCM) connects MBA students to employment opportunities appropriate to their graduation year. For academic year 2011-2012, we are helping the graduating MBA Class of 2012 prepare for the fall recruiting season, the time of year that employers recruit and hire for their formal full-time recruitment programs.
