The MBA Office of Career Management (OCM) provides valuable resources for MBA students

Symplicity

OCM utilizes Symplicity, an online career management system, to post full-time and summer internships sent ot us be employers interested in recruiting Rutgers MBA students. Employers are also invited to browse the Resume books in Symplicity to identify appropriate candidates.

To create a Symplicity account after you have returned a completed Code of Conduct Agreement, go to business-rutgers-csm.simplicity.com/students.

CareerShift

A Web-based career management service that helps students:
Search, select and store job listings from all job boards and all company job postings.

• Get up-to-date contact information, including e-mail addresses, for millions of companies.
• Access in-depth information about contacts and companies posting jobs.
• Record, save, and store correspondence history records automatically.
• Create personal marketing campaigns, including unlimited resumes and cover letters easily, and save them to access, print or e-mail.
• Manage confidential CareerShift account securely from any computer 24/7, as well as update and maintain an organized and recorded job search.
