Application for Diploma
All students must complete the Online Diploma Application by the deadlines provided below. Degrees are conferred by the University upon recommendation of the faculty. There are three certification periods and only one joint convocation ceremony each year in May. The deadline for submission of your online diploma application form and manual degree completeness form is as follows:
Graduate programs if you plan to graduate:
- October: Deadline is August 1st
- January: Deadline is November 1st
- May: Deadline is March 1st

This will be a combined ceremony for graduates in the following programs:
- MBA (Traditional Full-Time, Flex, & Professional Accounting)
- Executive MBA
- MACCY – Financial Accounting
- MACCY – Governmental Accounting
- MACCY – Taxation
- MQF
- MIT
All students with earned degrees in October 2011, January 2012, and May 2012 will have their names called and will walk across the stage and be congratulated for your achievement.
