In preparing a September 2016 Report to Congressional Requesters: U.S. Postal Service Information on How Broadband Affects Postal Use and the Communications Options for Rural Residents, the United States Government Accountability Office sought the expertise and input from Victor Glass, professor of professional practice and director of the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) at Rutgers Business School.
