Professor Robinson wins USASBE Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Course Award

Professor of Management and Global Business Jeffrey Robinson won the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Course Award on January 17th for his course, Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development, one of the flagship courses in the Rutgers Business School Entrepreneurship program.

The USASBE is the leading voice in entrepreneurship research, teaching, and application. USASBE publishes Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, one of the top journals in entrepreneurship. The Innovative Entrepreneurship Education Course Award is given to an individual or individuals who have created and continue to teach high quality, innovative entrepreneurship courses that positively influence the students who take them. It is given for a truly state-of-the-art entrepreneurship course, where the faculty member can demonstrate innovativeness, course effectiveness, student impact, and transferability. The award is not given annually; it is only given if submissions reflect the standard that USASBE sets for potential awardees.
