Undergraduate Newark program welcomes Yolanda Alvarez as Director of the Office of Career Management

Please join me in welcoming, Yolanda Alvarez, to the Undergraduate-Newark administrative team.

Biography

Yolanda Alvarez has 10+ years of experience developing innovative business school career management activities supporting MBA populations within Full-time, Executive, Global and Part-time programs at NYU Stern. In addition, she has led the global campus summer internship and full-time recruitment programs as well as directed the alumni career development offerings. Prior to her move to higher education, Yolanda led internal talent management initiatives as an HR Business Partner for Accenture and managed Undergraduate and Graduate Investment Banking training programs for J.P. Morgan. Yolanda holds Masters degrees from NYU in Counseling and Columbia University in Organizational Development.  Also, she has advanced professional certificates in Marketing, Digital Media Marketing and Human Resources Management.

She continues to be passionate regarding talent management and student professional development and is excited to grow relationships with students, colleagues, corporations and alumni as a member of the Rutgers Business School – Newark community.

About the Undergraduate Program in Newark

Rutgers Business School Undergraduate Program in Newark is a four-year undergraduate school that offers contemporary programs to prepare graduates to enter the work force as skilled professionals or pursue graduate study in law, business, and other disciplines. Graduates earn Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Accounting, Finance, Management & Global Business, Management Information Science, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management.
