Rutgers Professors win prestigious business education awards

Two Rutgers Business School professors were recognized for their substantial contributions to business education at the New Jersey Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference.Joseph Markert, Instructor of Management and Global Business was named “Business Person of the Year,” and “Outstanding Local Adviser.” Michael P. Schoderbek, Associate Professor Accounting, Business Ethics & Information Systems, was named “Business Professional of the Year.” The 33rd annual conference was held on February 28, 2009 in Trenton, New Jersey.Rutgers Business School focuses on delivering the business, science, and technology credentials that global employers demand.
