Cheng-Few Lee , professor of Finance and Economics, was ranked number one as the most prolific author in finance out of 983 authors in a paper entitled Most Prolific Authors in the Finance Literature: 1959-2008 by Jean L. Heck and Philip L. Cooley of Saint Joseph’s University and Trinity University. According to the paper, “These authors demonstrate great durability in navigating the vagaries of referees and the demands of editors.
