Overview
Marketing is a very broad area with many and diversified career opportunities. This concentration provides students the opportunity to develop skills that enable them to function in different marketing roles while working closely and effectively with other business functions. The required courses (such as Marketing Research, Marketing Strategy and Consumer Behavior) give students the foundation that they need to take advantage of the many electives (Advertising, Retailing, International, etc.) which in turn help them to determine and reach their objectives in this field. This program provides high quality education for marketing majors at an affordable expense and allows students to access the exciting job market in the NY, NJ and CT tri-state area.
