The largest graduating class in the history of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, gathered at Highpoint Solutions Stadium for the 248th Anniversary Commencement on May 18. With the establishment of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, more than 16,000 graduates received degrees this year.

Continuing the tradition started in 2011, Rutgers Business School graduates participating in the university-wide commencement ceremony were led by recipients of the RBS Distinguished Leadership Award carrying the Rutgers Business School Bell.

The award recognizes student leaders from the undergraduate programs in Newark and New Brunswick as well as the graduate student who demonstrates outstanding academic achievement, service to RBS and leadership potential. The name of each recipient is engraved onto the Rutgers Business School Bell.
