Rutgers team comes in 4th of 13 teams at Ernst & Young case competition

The Rutgers Business School MBA team had a strong performance at the recent Annual Ernst & Young case competition at Notre Dame University. The team impressed the 17 judges (15 E&Y Partners and 2 Notre Dame Professors) and ended up earning fourth place out of 13 teams in the competition. The final ranking was 1) Indiana University, 2) Chicago Booth, 3) Purdue University and 4) Rutgers University.

Ernst & Young LLP recently announced that Professor Watson of the Rutgers Business School was among five faculty members named as winners of the award, all chosen for their ability to create positive change at their institutions by implementing leadership on diversity councils, supporting diversity faculty, mentorship of students, and the incorporation of diversity and cultural competence into their business school curriculums.

Stevie Watson, PhD, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences at Rutgers Business School, is a popular figure on the Newark campus. Dr. Watson is so appreciated by students, staff, faculty and alumni to the extent that they recently nominated him for the Ernst & Young Inclusive Excellence Award.
