Rutgers Business School Innovation Committee

As the Rutgers Business School New Brunswick campus continues to grow, an increasing number of tri-state area companies are showing an interest in our school. To meet this need, we are excited to provide our students with more direct interaction with these interested employers. The Office of Career Management is proud to announce the new and improved Rutgers Business School Innovation Committee!

As a member, students will be introduced to a “work life" atmosphere and assist in the preparation of exclusive RBS Programming. Some of these events include the RBS Career Fairs, Dining and Business Etiquette, Speed Networking and much more! Our members are put at the forefront of the business school and engage directly with visiting employers. Due to this commitment and engagement, many of our members go on to become Employer Ambassadors where they are the key point of contact for companies at RBS!

Students who are part of the committee gain access to volunteer internally for the Office of Career Management in the business school. A wide range of positions are available such as conducting building tours for visiting employers, student outreach and marketing, alumni based interactions, and specialized work within the department. The possibilities are endless! In addition, the RBSIC members must participate in both of the RBS career fairs (fall and spring), attend a minimum of two meetings per semester, and actively participate in events held throughout the year.

We are looking for Rutgers Business School Sophomore - Senior year students that have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00. Special consideration will be given to Sophomores! If you would like additional information please contact Leigh-Anne Cobb at lcobb@business.rutgers.edu.
