Q.U.E.S.T. Workshops
Professional Development Tool
QUEST is a series of workshops that students are required to attend from date of enrollment until graduation that will address academic and career questions, provide infromation to navigate RBS efficiently, contribute to the development of education goals, assist in providing decision making strategy, and educate about teaching the next generation. Students are required to attend QUEST workshops in order to develop accountability in the following key conceptual areas: Success, Academic Integrity/Business Ethics, Graduation, Career Projection, Communication, Leadership, and Philanthropy.

Students attending a QUEST workshop
Through this program students will:
- Be able to evaluate, analyze, and interpret information to solve problems
- Be able to understand and evaluate ethical issues and situations to make business decisions
- Be able to effectively communicate business concepts orally and in writing
- Be able to understand quantitative data to make decisions and report to stakeholders
- Be able to develop an understanding and awareness of the demographic and cultural issues that impact businesses in a diverse and global world
