As the Head of the End User Experience business, Michael is accountable for organizational revenue generation ($700M P&L), employee retention, operational/service excellence, and client satisfaction. All of this is accomplished by leveraging the 25,000 outstanding customer experience agents, that work out of the 50+ contact centers across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean Islands. Prior to Conduent, Michael led the global diversity function for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) of Citigroup, where his mission was to drive diversity and inclusion for one of the world’s largest banks. Michael also served as the COO of the technology company, Medical Information Records LLC, named the 2014 Dell-Intel healthcare start-up company of the year. Michael joined Corporate America after serving 13 years in the US Army, initially as a helicopter pilot and civil-military advisor with the 101st Airborne Division in support of operations in both Afghanistan and Iraq. In these roles he had the privilege of leading over 100 brave and motivated American and Iraqi Soldiers on difficult, yet incredibly impactful missions. He concluded his military career as the Head of Diversity Recruitment and Enrollment for the United States Military Academy at West Point. Michael’s corporate and military journey has directly shaped his approach to leading, learning, and living. He is passionate about helping people and organizations successfully maximize their skills, passions, brands, and networks to accomplish tough and complex problems. He feels that true value is only realized when WHO you are and WHAT you do coexist. Michael has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Business Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is in the process of obtaining an Executive Coaching certification from Columbia University.

Singleton Beato is the Global Chief Diversity & Engagement Officer at McCann Worldgroup, where she is responsible for designing and leading strategic inclusion initiatives that increase organizational capacity, innovation and growth. Singleton has 25 years of experience as an accomplished executive and is recognized for her success driving large-scale people and organizational change initiatives across a wide range of industries, having held talent leadership roles at J. Walter Thompson, Crunch Fitness International and Bloomberg L.P. Before joining MW, Singleton was EVP, Diversity Strategy and Talent Development at the 4A’s, where she provided leadership and advice to senior advertising and media agency executives working to create and activate a strategic approach to D&I. She managed the P&L for the Talent department and surpassed YoY revenue and growth targets by developing products and programs to help industry leaders accelerate their Talent-related efforts. Singleton was the visionary and architect of high-profile initiatives, including The Face Of Talent symposium and the ad industry’s only Talent Leadership Conference, Talent@2030. And she led the transformation of the renowned Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and the 4A’s Foundation. Singleton received her MS from Fairleigh Dickinson University and serves on several non-profit boards.
