Upcoming Classes
Overview
AI is changing the nature of work faster than traditional training can keep up. Yet many professionals complete AI courses only to find that the tools, interfaces, and use cases have evolved—or that they lack a practical way to apply what they learned in their day-to-day work.
Reinventing Work with AI is a six-month, cohort-based learning journey for professionals ready to put AI to work now. Rather than relying on a fixed curriculum, the program delivers a new, current instructional release every two weeks. Each release addresses a real workplace challenge and ends with an artifact participants can use immediately—from a role-specific prompt library and executive-ready decision memo to a repeatable workflow or working AI agent.
Participants learn alongside a community of peers, faculty, and practitioners. They share work, exchange ideas, receive focused feedback, and build the judgment needed to use AI responsibly in complex and regulated environments. By the end of the program, participants leave with a portfolio of 13 practical artifacts that demonstrate how they are reinventing work with AI.
- Stay current through a continuously updated learning experience, with new content released every two weeks.
- Apply AI to real work challenges rather than hypothetical case studies.
- Build a portfolio of practical tools, workflows, analyses, and decision-support materials.
- Learn with and from a cohort of peers facing similar business and organizational challenges.
- Receive faculty and peer feedback that strengthens both output quality and professional judgment.
- Develop practical approaches for responsible AI use in regulated and high-stakes environments.
- Identify the highest-value opportunities for AI to improve one’s individual and team workflows.
- Write, test, and refine role-specific prompts that produce higher-quality output.
- Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, risk, bias, and appropriateness before it is used or shared.
- Use AI to create on-brand communications, analyze business data, and synthesize stakeholder input.
- Use AI as a strategic thinking partner to evaluate options, surface blind spots, and prepare decisions for leadership.
- Design repeatable AI-enabled workflows and build a simple agent to support recurring work.
- Lead responsible AI adoption by equipping teams with practical tools, shared practices, and success measures.
- Demonstrate and communicate the impact of AI-enabled work to leadership.
The Program Experience
A learning model built for the pace of AI
Reinventing Work with AI is designed around three commitments:
- Just in time. A new instructional release arrives every two weeks across six months, enabling the program to stay responsive as AI tools and workplace practices evolve.
- Built to be used. Every release culminates in an artifact participants create for their own work—something practical they can apply that week; not simply content they have reviewed.
- Held together by community. Cohort members progress through the journey together, sharing work, troubleshooting challenges, and learning from faculty and peers through a structured Community of Practice.
How participants learn
Each two-week release follows a practical cycle:
- A new learning release introduces a timely workplace challenge and a method for addressing it with AI.
- Participants build an artifact using their own work context, data, inputs, or business challenge.
- They share insights, questions, works in progress, and results with the cohort.
- Faculty and peers provide focused feedback to improve the work and sharpen judgment.
- Participants apply the revised artifact in their jobs and carry lessons forward into the next release.
The program is not organized around traditional grades or quizzes. Progress is demonstrated through completed modules, meaningful participation, and the practical artifacts participants produce.
Faculty Spotlight
Chris Ribeiro is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Rutgers Business School, where he teaches AI in Marketing across undergraduate and graduate levels. His teaching focuses on the practical application of AI to marketing and analytics work: how teams actually adopt these tools, where they create leverage, and where they quietly break. He brings an operator's lens to the classroom, building courses around live cases and hands-on work rather than theory.
Before moving into teaching, Chris spent his career leading consumer insights and marketing analytics inside two of the largest apparel houses in the world. At VF Corporation he worked across The North Face, Timberland, and Vans; at PVH Corp he worked across Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. His work spanned CRM, brand health measurement, customer analytics, loyalty economics, and marketing measurement. In addition to his teaching work, Chris is a consultant for Starlight Analytics, a customer strategy firm where he provides analytical and strategic guidance for retail and consumer brands.
Reinventing Work with AI is designed for managers, directors, and senior leaders who understand that AI matters and are ready to apply it to real work.
The program is particularly relevant for professionals in large and regulated organizations—including financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, and other complex enterprises—where responsible adoption, sound judgment, and practical implementation matter as much as technical capability.
Participants do not need prior AI coursework or technical expertise. They should come prepared with a real work challenge, recurring process, decision, dataset, communication need, or team-adoption opportunity they want to improve.
Featuring 13 just-in-time releases across six months, the curriculum progresses through four stages. Each release produces an outcome participants can use in their work immediately.
Curriculum stages include:
- Orient: See where AI helps, learn to work with it, learn to trust it
- Produce: Make real, day-to-day work better and faster
- Elevate: Think bigger, decide sharper
- Scale: Systematize, automate, multiply, and prove impact
