Sneha Harishchandra has over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Information Technology. She began her career in software development and discovered her passion for individual and team development when she started mentoring and coaching team members. She has worked with large, global consulting firms, financial institutions, start-ups, and non-profits, executing organization-wide people strategies for manager and leadership development, talent management and employee engagement. Using her background in technology, she has led the adoption of digital learning platforms and career management tools with a focus on improving effectiveness, productivity, and scalability while reducing costs in the talent development space. She has participated and spoken at events and organizations in India, UK, and the USA, and is a public speaking coach.
Sneha holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers University; a post-graduate certification in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur; Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, and several professional certifications.
At EMBA, Sneha leverages her expertise, providing students with useful tools and techniques to assist them in becoming effective leaders, and empowering them to successfully lead diverse teams. She uses in-class activities, role-plays and discussions to help students bring out and embrace new leadership perspectives.
