Webinar: Advancing Women in Business – Driving Forward through Challenging Times

The Rutgers Business School Center for Women in Business hosted an engaging and thought-provoking webinar that incorporated the challenges women are facing today as a result of COVID-19.

Kristina Durante, associate professor of marketing at Rutgers Business School, presented research showcasing how women emerge as leaders during times of crisis management.

There was also an insightful fireside chat between Lisa Kaplowitz, assistant professor of professional practice of finance & economics and founder of the Center for Women in Business, and Michele Meyer-Shipp, Rutgers alumna and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at KPMG. They explored how the current environment and the dynamics of families working and learning at home full-time will impact the career advancement of women.
