Shen Yeniyurt is Associate Professor (with tenure) in the Supply Chain Management Department at Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick. Dr. Yeniyurt is an expert market strategist who specializes in global strategies, innovation management, brand management, inter-firm networks, as well as buyer-supplier relations. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Marketing, International Marketing Review, International Business Review, Journal of Supply Chain Management, and Marketing Letters. Professor Yeniyurt has received numerous awards for his accomplishments in research and teaching. He frequently organizes and teaches in executive training and professional certificate programs. Dr. Yeniyurt has conducted research and provided expert consultation for projects regarding companies such as Bridgestone, BMW, Chrysler, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, and Toyota.

Can (John) Uslay is Associate Professor (with tenure) in the Supply Chain Management Department at Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick. Dr. Uslay’s research interests lie broadly within marketing strategy, policy, and theory construction. He is a recipient of the Valerie Scudder Award for outstanding scholarly activity. His research has been presented in over thirty conferences and published in the leading academic journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, European Business Review, International Journal of Technology Management, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, Journal of Research in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Marketing Education Review, and the Review of Marketing Research. He has (co)authored a book (Deregulation and Competition: Lessons from the Airline Industry), seven book chapters, sixteen academic articles (eight in re-print), six trade journal articles, and edited two book volumes. He currently serves as the Chair of the Entrepreneurial Marketing SIG of the American Marketing Association. His work experience prior to academia includes various organizations/functions such as internal consulting at a conglomerate, hotel administration, international marketing of consumer electronics for Vestel Foreign Trade (the top exporter of Turkey), and assisting the State of Georgia for high-tech based economic development. He has also conducted research/consultancy for a number of organizations such as the Boston Consulting Group, Buris Holding, City of Orange Economic Redevelopment Agency, and MedicalPark.
