EMBA Faculty: Jing Suk
Professor Jing Suk presents Web Analytics through practical applications, with a focus on deriving actionable insights through the use of digital analytics. The course provides a broad overview of key web analytics strategies, concepts, issues, challenges and tools that include Google Analytics, Omniture and comScore.
The course is designed to provide a framework to help marketers, businesses and students evaluate the effectiveness of websites by improving their company's bottom line.
Professor Suk is VP/Director of Strategy and Analysis at Digitas, the world's leading digital marketing and advertising agency, and previously worked as the Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Thomson Reuters, where she led analytics for several B2B and B2C websites, including Reuters.com, across the online, mobile and social media platforms. Professor Suk has over 15 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing, advertising and technical consulting.
She earned an MBA from the Executive MBA Program at Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers College.
I work for a data driven company that relies heavily on a web based portal for its business. Professor Suk's course on Web Analytics has started a movement in our business development division to pace it at a whole different level. All eyes are on me to leverage the power of big data through web analytics. This course empowered me to look behind the scenes of the online world, and I am hoping that this will lead to that "big transition" at work that everyone dreams about.
