About Chander Sharma

Chander Sharma is the founder and co-president of BizXL a boutique management consulting firm that works with business professionals and companies to improve business performance and enterprise risk management.

Chander has been an operations and strategic leadership executive with 21 years of international experience in business transformation, change management and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Chander has supported businesses/clients across Canada, US, India, UK, and Australia for Fortune 500 companies across Banking, Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Automobiles and Consumer Goods.

An active speaker at Business Excellence / BPM conferences; he chaired the 2013 “Business Process Excellence for Financial Services” conference organized by PEX network in New York.

Chander has been an executive at Manulife Financial, Royal Bank, GE Capital, Genpact, Delphi Automotive, Whirlpool, and Eicher.  He is currently the lead faculty for the Mini-MBA™: Idea Design to Execution Accelerator (IDEA).

Chander has an MBA from Cornell University and Queens University, LEAN Office Program Certification from the University of Michigan and has GE Company Certification as Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma trainer.


About Art Drake

Art Drake has worked with large and small companies, both for-profit and not-for-profit, to design and implement strategic change within organizations to help companies create greater customer value at a faster rate. Applying change management and agile business design methods, Art has enabled organizations to transform their business processes and operations to be more responsive without sacrificing controls or quality. These transformations were based on developing core capabilities within organizations so that they could manage change at a faster rate.

Art Drake received his M.B.A from University of St. Thomas and B.A. in Management from St. Mary’s College.


About Mukesh Patel

Professor Mukesh Patel is a serial entrepreneur with experience in private equity, angel investments, business law, and education. As an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University Business School, he has designed and teaches a groundbreaking, an experiential and interdisciplinary course titled “ICE” (Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship) for the Executive MBA program. This unique course delivers interdisciplinary perspectives on breakthrough ideas, innovation concepts, and the phenomena of creativity. It is a visual experience of entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial insights through engaging case studies. Through design-thinking, we explore and analyze entrepreneurial mindsets, game-changers, technology trends, social networks, disruption, innovation for corporate enterprises, and "future-casting."

Prof. Patel currently serves as the Director of Development and Adjunct Professor for the new Entrepreneurship Law Clinic at Rutgers Law School, providing valuable legal resources to the business community through a collaborative platform. He has been featured in national media, and recently named him one of “The Hot 30 Movers and Shakers of New York City’s Startup Scene.” Mukesh is the founder and CEO of JuiceTank, NJ’s largest coworking space and incubator for tech-startups and VX, an innovative venture xcelerator with an experienced team and powered by strategic partnerships attracting national and international interest.


About Gurpreet Singh

Gurpreet Singh, ASQ-MBB, CPSM, CPSD, C.P.M. is an Inter-national award winning Thought Leader, consultant, entrepreneur, author, coach, and educator.

Gurpreet is the founder and head of the consulting firm Strategic Supply Chain & Six Sigma Consulting LLC. He provides coaching and training in the field of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Change Management and Organizational redesign to public agencies and private sector firms. He has trained over 1,000 executives in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and has certified them with either a Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.

Gurpreet is also an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School since 2011 and teaches various MBA, MS and executive MBA courses in the field of Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management. He was recently awarded Dean’s Meritorious Awards for Teaching and Service Excellence for 2017 and is a Ph.D. candidate completing the last leg of his dissertation.
