In March 2013, Little Investment Bankers of Rutgers (LIBOR) hosted the Inaugural LIBOR Stock Pitch Competition: Who Is The Biggest Bear, where eight teams from across the country pitched short positions in front of industry professionals and competed for a grand prize of $1,500.  The event was co-sponsored by Clear Harbor Asset Management, JP Morgan, and LIBOR with professionals from Cadian Capital Management, Strategic Value Partners, Merrill Lynch, and UBS also in attendance.

The event consisted of two rounds of stock pitches, workshops, an afternoon panel event, and networking opportunities throughout the day. Pennsylvania State University edged Rutgers University in the final round to win the competition.
