Rutgers graduate students are top winners in regional risk management competition

PRMIA Challenge gives students an opportunity to display their understanding of risk management in an intense case competition

Rutgers Business School sent four teams of students from the Masters of Quantitative Finance Program to PRMIA's Risk Management Challenge. That increased the odds of winning, and Rutgers MQF students did.

The first place team consisted of graduate students, Lilesh Ingle, Manali Singhal, Sneha Chermela and Bala Adithya Pillai. The team was advised by Ronnee Ades, director of MQF career management.

In April, the Rutgers students advance to the PRMIA finals in London against eight other teams from the U.S., Canada, Russia, Italy and Ireland. The top winner will receive a $10,000 prize.
