John Maguire, CEO of International Voyager, leads a team focused on helping the cruise industry. He started his company on Sept 10 2001, immediately prior to the Twin Towers terrorist strikes, and bounced back to lead a team that has won the Inc 5000 fast-growth award five times. The team has been impacted by global issues for years, most recently COVID. Mr. Maguire will share lessons learned along the way—it hasn’t always been “smooth sailing.”
