In today’s complex business world, most companies do realize the importance of data and are already spending millions of dollars on data-related products and initiatives. But due to lack of comprehensive data transformation strategy and vision, most companies struggle in creating and achieving business value from huge amount of unused available data. In this webinar, we will attempt to understand the importance of big picture for data strategy, building blocks of data transformation, and value of trusted data. We will discuss how to enable data robustness, speed to insights, personalization of action that will directly impact customer experience, and develop internal efficiencies through sophisticated technology and processes to manage data better. Kashif Zafar is an accomplished data transformation leader with extensive experience of working with C-Suite executives. He has led global data teams, from both business and technology sides, on enterprise-level data transformation initiatives for global pharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturer, and management consulting companies. Most recently, Kashif led the largest E2E data transformation for commercial pharma business at GSK. Kashif pursued his graduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in policy/leadership. Previously, he earned an Executive MBA from Rutgers University in strategy/finance, and a master’s degree in engineering from the City College of New York/CUNY - all with highest national honors. As a Visiting Professor, he has also taught 'IT Strategy' at the Executive MBA program of Rutgers Business School
