Ritu Favre is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Semiconductor and Electronics; Aerospace, Defense, and Government; and Transportation Business Units at NI. She is responsible for driving growth and defining the capabilities required to meet the unique needs of customers in her markets. She’s focused on tracking emerging innovations to ensure her teams stay ahead of developing technologies and support customer needs. With more than 30 years experience, Ritu brings a diverse perspective to NI. A seasoned high-tech industry leader, she’s served as chief executive officer at NEXT Biometrics and on the Cohu Board of Directors. Ritu also held senior management positions with market heavyweights. She currently sits on the board of directors of Valmont Industries. Ritu inspires the next generation of female leaders as a member of the Global Semiconductor Association’s Women’s Leadership Council. She’s also on the advisory board of Microfacturing Institutes.
