Ann D. Bagchi, PhD, DNP, FNP-C, APN is an Associate Professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers’ Business School. She received her PhD in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in family practice from Rutgers’ School of Nursing in 2017. Dr. Bagchi was selected as a Fulbright Scholar in Ireland for the 2026-2027 academic year. She will spend her year working with Research Ireland in Dublin conducting research on the inclusion of community members in multidisciplinary teams. Dr. Bagchi’s research focuses on interventions to improve health equity. Dr. Bagchi is also an active nurse practitioner, seeing patients in residential settings.
