Curriculum Vitae

Jalaj Upadhyay is an assistant professor in the MSIS department. Prior to joining Rutgers University, Jalaj Upadhyay was a senior researcher in Apple AI/ML org. Jalaj Upadhyay did his PhD in combinatorial techniques in cryptography from the University of Waterloo.

Currently, Jalaj Upadhyay is also the PhD coordinator of the IT concentration. His main area of interest is differential privacy and randomized numerical linear algebra.
