Kihyun (Hannah) Kim
Hannah Kim joined Rutgers Business School as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in 2016. She is primarily interested in understanding the impact of marketing activities on customer experiences and purchase behaviors. Her research focuses on providing data-driven managerial insights using empirical methods. Hannah’s research has appeared in the Journal of Marketing Research and Marketing Science. She holds Ph.D. and M.S. in Marketing from Georgia State University and M.B.A. and B.A. in Business from Ewha Womans University.
