Kihyun (Hannah) Kim
Hannah Kim joined Rutgers Business School as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in 2016. She is primarily interested in understanding the impact of marketing activities on customer experiences and behaviors using econometric and statistical models. Her substantive research interests are online and social media strategy, marketing communications, and customer relationship management. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, and Marketing Science.
