RBS IDEA - Diversity Speaker Series

The RBS Diversity Speaker Series creates a platform for conversation about diversity in business, multicultural issues that impact the global workforce, and other "business intangibles" not often discussed in the classroom. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in this forum dedicated to bringing awareness and education about diversity and its impact on the world today. Alumni, faculty, staff, corporate recruiters are among the speakers brought in to participate in these events.

We invite lecturers who can effectively share their learned perspectives to help increase our knowledge, understanding, cultural competency skills, and support the mission of Rutgers University and RBS in leveraging our diversity.
