Thirty-six members of Women BUILD are graduating seniors in the Class of 2023.

Women BUILD celebrates graduating members at annual summit

Members of Rutgers Business School’s Women BUILD mentoring program marked the end of the academic year with a traditional summit that included a ceremonious farewell for more than 30 graduating seniors.

The event featured a panel discussion and offered members a chance to network with invited professionals. Thirty-six seniors were also recognized for their work and accomplishments during their time in the program.

Women BUILD is a two-year program open to high-performing female sophomores and juniors from Rutgers Business School’s two campuses. It offers them career preparation, provides them with mentors and fosters a solidarity that empowers them for success in the workplace and the world.

The seniors celebrated during the 2023 Women BUILD Summit are: Bianca Alexandre, Parnika Anand, Emily Bajek, Crystal Barretto, Tulsi Chandan, Ria Chandra, Naiomi Coste, Nayara De Assisfortunatoagra, Diana Estevez, Melanie Fabian, Tenille Grant, Shifra Issacs, Nethra Jayaprakash, Janice Lee, Godlyse Mahungu, Aesha Mehta, Hadia Minahill, Narali Mota, Preanka Pillai, Poorvaja Raghunathan, Sejal Rajagopalan, Marizol Rodriguez, Hadacha Rodriguez, Swetha Sadhu, Priya Shah, Muneeba Tariq, Keionna Thomas, Kimvy Tran, Suchi Trivedi, Tejaswi Valiveti, Tushira Venkatayogi, Isha Vora, Kiara Walker, Angel Williams, Jiani Zheng and Winnie Zhu.
