Webinar: Retirement Withdrawal Strategies for the Savvy Retiree

Rutgers Business School’s Virtual Lunch & Learn Series presents Stephen Craffen, senior vice president, financial advisor, Wealth Enhancement, and Greg Giardino, vice president, financial advisor, Wealth Enhancement, to provide insights and advice to plan for retirement effectively. Whether retirement is around the corner or a bit farther away, this session will highlight valuable considerations for everyone.

Craffen spent nearly a decade working as an engineer before pursuing his passion for helping people meet their financial goals. In 1993, he founded an independent advisory firm with a client-first approach to financial planning before joining forces with Atlas Financial. As a National Association of Financial Planners (NAPFA) member, Steve advocates for ethical financial planning practices. He supports the development of aspiring advisors, serving as Chair of the National Board from 2018 to 2019. As a financial planner, Steve focuses on executives, professionals, and business owners' unique needs in solving their financial challenges and goals.

Giardino brings over 15 years of experience in the financial planning industry. His passion for wealth management started at home. When his father unexpectedly passed away at an early age, his family remained financially stable because of the steps his father took with estate and legacy planning. This tragic event inspired Giardino to help his clients protect their biggest asset – their families. As a fiduciary, Giardino takes a client-first approach to financial planning and holds the prestigious CFP certification and the Certified Private Wealth Advisor certification. His insights have appeared in various media publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and CNBC. He is a member of the N.J. Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and the Investments & Wealth Institute.

Prominent financial advisors Stephen Craffen and Greg Giardino provide insights and advice to plan for retirement effectively.
