Christopher Ribeiro joined Rutgers Business School as full-time faculty in Fall 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of consumer insights, CRM, loyalty, and marketing technology. He has held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s most recognizable apparel and lifestyle brands, including VF Corporation (Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Supreme, Dickies) and PVH Corp. (Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Warner’s).
At VF Corp., Ribeiro served as Head of Product Management for Global Marketing & Loyalty Technology, where he led a global team of more than 60 and oversaw initiatives that relaunched loyalty programs, modernized customer data platforms, and drove over $35M in incremental e-commerce revenue. Prior to that, he co-founded and led the Global Consumer Insights function at PVH, embedding advanced analytics and market research into global strategy and uncovering growth opportunities that expanded distribution channels by nearly $300M annually.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Ribeiro is the Founder and Principal of Starlight Analytics, a boutique consultancy that partners with growth-focused consumer brands to translate data into clear, strategic action. His firm advises clients across industries—including fashion, consumer packaged goods, technology, and health—on market opportunity, pricing, brand positioning, and customer segmentation.
Ribeiro’s teaching interests center on bringing real-world marketing and analytics practice into the classroom. He has taught and developed courses on Artificial Intelligence and Introduction to Marketing, drawing on his own corporate and consulting experiences to bridge academic concepts with industry application.
He earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Rutgers University.
