(Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger) across product management, marketing technology, CRM/loyalty, and consumer insights & analytics—modernizing tech stacks, relaunching membership programs, and delivering meaningful revenue and profit gains. He also runs Starlight Analytics, a consultancy that helps executives use AI, data, and modern marketing technology to deliver clear ROI with practical roadmaps and change management. At Rutgers Business School, Ribeiro teaches graduate and MBA courses in AI for Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Introduction to Marketing, with a focus on where AI truly creates value and how to make its impact visible in the P&L.
