Dr. Ratika Gore is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School. She brings more than twenty-seven years of international academic, entrepreneurial, and industry experience across the United States, Singapore, Belgium, the Philippines, and India.
A top-rated, award-winning faculty, she has held faculty and leadership at business schools in USA and India. Her work has included developing new academic and industry courses, redesigning EMBAs, and leading student success initiatives such as industry readiness tracks, student advisory boards, and student-led leadership programs/clubs.
Her teaching areas are Business Policy & Strategy, Management Skills, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking and Teaching Excellence. Known for her highly interactive classroom approach, she consistently receives outstanding evaluations from undergraduate, graduate, and executive students. She actively integrates emerging tools such as AI into the classroom while helping students sharpen their critical thinking and managerial judgment.
Dr. Gore’s research and thought leadership examine entrepreneurship and user behavior. She has presented her research at international conferences and published business cases, and she frequently speaks at global conferences and industry forums.
In addition to her academic work, Dr. Gore actively engages with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She serves on Advisory boards of start-ups in USA and India. She serves as Co-Chair of the U-Program at TiE New Jersey (a global non-profit entrepreneurial ecosystem) and as a certified coach advises women entrepreneurs.
