Additional Costs
In addition to above semester tuition and fees there is an additional MFinA Program Fee. The fee covers events that benefit all MFinA students. This includes an Excel Boot Camp; a 2 day Ethics class; a four-day CFA prep course taught by the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst Society of New York in late May; as well as a number of other workshops, networking and special events. The amount of the Activity Fee is $1,000 and will be paid in two $500 installments - one with your fall tuition bill and the other with your spring bill.
International New Student Orientation Fee
Graduate students who hold F and J visas are charged a New Student Fee during their first semester that covers the cost of orientation and continued programming. For fiscal year 2018-19 the fall semester fee is $85. The spring semester fee is $50.
Housing
University housing is available on the New Brunswick campuses. Dormitory housing as well as apartments for single students and families are available. Housing contracts are based on an academic year (9 months) or a full year (12 months). The housing rates given below are based upon the type of housing. Housing rates are adjusted annually.
