Rutgers Business School celebrates new ranking that moves Full-Time MBA Program into the nation's Top 50

Faculty, students, administrators and staff took some time out on March 30 to celebrate Rutgers Business School’s move into U.S. News & World Report’s Top 50 MBA programs in the nation.

The latest ranking by U.S. News & World Report puts the Rutgers Full-Time MBA Program into the No. 48 spot in the country.

A series of speakers in both buildings praised Sharon Lydon, executive director of the Rutgers MBA Program, the MBA admissions office, MBA student services, the Office of Career Management and the Rutgers Business School faculty for helping to achieve the milestone.

Students in the MBA Program, whose test scores and post-graduation employment are factors in the rankings, shared in the celebrations. The remarks and festivities in the two Rutgers Business School buildings were linked via livestream.

Even the Scarlet Knight turned to share in the accomplishment – and the cake.
